  A funeral home is an odd thing to rate, for obvious reasons. But what I can say is that they made the process as easy as it could have been. Obviously, it was painful, but the people they sent to pick up the body were polite, patient and understanding. They didn't make us feel rushed or uncomfortable. They were sympathetic and professional, which is a difficult balance to hit. True professionals.
